Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Assistant Manager – Sales to drive sales for our senior living communities across Tamil Nadu. This role requires a unique blend of real estate sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the senior demographic's needs. You will be the face of Manasum, guiding families through one of their most significant life decisions with trust, transparency, and care .
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Drive end-to-end sales for residential senior living projects including 1 BHK and premium units
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with consistent conversion ratios
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions tailored to senior citizens and their families
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property tours, explaining features, pricing, wellness amenities, and benefits
- Build long-term relationships with prospective buyers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey from inquiry to closure
3. Lead Generation & Channel Partner Management
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, referrals, field visits, and events
- Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (brokers, real estate agents) to cultivate customer leads
- Convert leads into site visits and ensure rigorous follow-ups for closures
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM systems
4. Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
- Effectively position Manasum's unique value proposition—wellness-led living, healthcare integration, and community engagement—against competitors
5. Reporting & Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, bookings, and closures in CRM
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with all sales SOPs, legal documentation, and company policies
Key QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of proven experience in real estate residential sales
- Experience selling premium residences, plotted developments, or senior living communities is highly preferred
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong closing skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations involving senior buyers and their families
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Hindi is a valuable asset
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic communication suited to senior customers and their families patience, active listening, and trust-building are essential
- CRM & MS Office: Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple conversations, maintain context, and meet deadlines
- Self-Motivation: Tenacious, goal-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to business development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
