Roles & Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain existing web-based applications.
- Develop new modules and functionalities as per user requirements.
- Fix software bugs and performance issues.
- Modify existing application features based on business requirements.
- Perform database optimization and maintenance.
- Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Implement application changes while maintaining coding standards.
- Support software integration with other applications.
- Perform data migration and backup activities.
- Ensure application security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
- Provide end-user support and hands-on training.
- Troubleshoot software issues and resolve incidents within defined timelines.
