Job Description:
Titan, a leading company in the field of automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the TEAL-Assistant Manager - Finance. This is a regular/ permanent position within our Commercial department, based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for the Commercial department
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of automation solutions industry is a plus
