We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation Plans (ICP). The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions aligned with business requirements.

Configure and support Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation and ICP modules.

Design and implement Total Reward Statements.

Create and maintain compensation-related Elements and Fast Formulas.

Configure compensation plans, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.

Manage compensation data posting to Core HR and Payroll.

Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.

Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.
-
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams.
-
4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience.
