Compliance & Data Integrity Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines Maintain audit trails and data integrity standards Support validation of computerized systems (CSV) 4. Cybersecurity & Backup Implement IT security policies and antivirus systems Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans Monitor unauthorized access and system vulnerabilities 5. User Support (Helpdesk) Provide technical support to staff (hardware/software issues) Troubleshoot network, email, and access problems Maintain IT helpdesk records and response timelines 6.
