The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, processing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients. This role may involve a mix of financial tasks, client servicing, billing, reporting, and internal coordination depending on the industry.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Monitor account balances and ensure timely payments/collections.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for account-related matters.
- Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances (if applicable).
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
