Role: Regional Sales Manger
Experience:5+ Years(FMCG Mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business expansion in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, strengthening distributor and retail networks, handling HoReCa and Institutional Sales, achieving sales targets, and driving market growth for FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive primary and secondary sales across the South region .
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and revenue growth .
· Handle General Trade (GT), HoReCa, and Institutional Sales channels .
· Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
· Appoint, manage, and support distributors, super stockists, wholesalers, and retailers
· Develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, corporate clients, hospitals, schools, colleges, and other institutions
· Generate new business opportunities and expand distribution and institutional networks
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, HoReCa partners, and institutional buyers
· Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities
· Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration
· Lead, train, motivate, and guide Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field sales teams
· Plan sales promotions, trade schemes, and business development activities to increase sales volume
· Ensure timely collections and outstanding payment recovery from distributors and institutional clients
· Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share business forecasts with management
· Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth business execution
· Ensure proper execution of branding, merchandising, and promotional activities in the market
· Identify new markets, retail outlets, HoReCa chains, and institutional business opportunities
· Maintain strong control over stock movement and inventory planning within the region
Required Skills:
· Strong FMCG sales and distribution knowledge.

· Market analysis and business development skills .
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets .
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting .
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· MBA preferred
· 5–12 years of experience in FMCG sales
Salary:
Best in Industry + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
