As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Brand Manager, to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.
About the Role
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound and inbound calling, qualifying leads, and generating interest in Sports For Life programs and offerings. This role is critical in building the top-of-the-funnel pipeline and ensuring high-quality lead conversion for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/leads
· Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
· Clearly communicate Sports For Life offerings, programs, and value proposition
· Understand customer requirements and assess fitment for various programs
· Schedule appointments, demos, or site visits for the sales team
· Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in CRM
· Follow up consistently with interested prospects to nurture them through the funnel
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
· Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and market insights
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline
· 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
· Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome
· Strong verbal communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)
· Persuasive and confident phone presence
· Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
· High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
· Interest in sports or the sports industry is a plus
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
· Number of calls made per day
· Lead qualification rate
· Appointment/demo bookings
· Conversion contribution to sales pipeline
· Follow-up effectiveness and lead closure support
