About the Role
The International University Partnerships Executive will be responsible for building strategic collaborations with universities across South Asia and other international regions. The role involves identifying prospective institutions, initiating conversations with university leadership, presenting EduSkills' global initiatives, negotiating partnerships, and executing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
The objective is to expand EduSkills' international academic network by developing collaborative programs that create global learning opportunities for students, faculty, and institutional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
International University Outreach
- Identify and connect with universities, higher education institutions, and academic networks across South Asia and other target countries.
- Build relationships with Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Rectors, Deans, International Office Directors, and senior academic leadership.
- Conduct introductory meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
Partnership Development
Drive institutional collaborations through MoUs for:
- Student Mobility Programs
- Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
- Leadership Development Programs
- Academic Leadership Campus Visits
- Global Innovation & Immersion Programs
- Joint Research & Innovation Initiatives
- Dual Degree & Twinning Programs
- Credit Transfer Opportunities
- International Conferences & Summits
EduSkills Academy Expansion
- Promote and establish the EduSkills Academy model within partner universities.
- Identify institutions interested in implementing EduSkills' learning ecosystem.
Business Development & Collaboration
- Generate new partnership opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective universities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build long-term relationships with international academic leaders.
- Coordinate meetings between university leadership and EduSkills management.
International Program Coordination
Support the execution of:
- Student Global Mobility Programs
- Faculty Exchange Programs
- International Leadership Delegations
- Research Collaborations
- International Conferences
- University Visits
- Global Internship Programs
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
