We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive from the hospitality sector to manage end-to-end HR functions and support a high-performance, service-oriented work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel/restaurant operations
- Manage onboarding, induction, and manpower planning
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and shift management
- Implement performance appraisal and training programs
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee records

Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
