About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled MIS Executive to manage and streamline our data reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Excel expert capable of turning raw data into actionable insights, specifically for daily sales and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports and Production Reports.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and consolidate operational data from multiple departments.
- Excel Automation: Design and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and templates to optimize data flow.
- Analysis: Identify discrepancies in production outputs or sales figures and flag them to management immediately.
- Backup & Archiving: Ensure secure and organized digital storage of all historical operational records.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excel Expertise (Crucial): Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements).
- Data Visualization: Mastery of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and conditional formatting to build clean reports.
- Industry Literacy: A strong understanding of core manufacturing/logistics metrics (e.g., tracking raw material usage vs. final production output, sales conversion metrics).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and formatting under strict deadlines.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an MIS or data operations role (experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a major plus).
