Network Support Engineer of VC :
(Sr. Video and Voice Operator Cum Field Engineer)
Essential Qualification
BE / B.Tech in (CSE/ECE/IT) / MCA
Desirable Certification:
Valid CCNA Certificate
Essential Experience:
· Minimum 3 years in the area of Networking and VC handling.
· Experience in handling CISCO Webex.
Desirable Experience:
· Rich Experience in handling of Implementation projects over mentioned
platforms:
✓ Polycom
✓ Microsoft Teams
✓ Google Meet
✓ Vidyo Connect
✓ Bharat VC
✓ Any other Video Conferencing Platform
· Experience of working for Ministry/govt. in related field
Scope of Work:
1. Knowledge of Audio/Video Bridges, VC Technology (H.323/SIP)
Endpoints/UTM, Video Codec (H.264 or higher), Audio Codec (G.711, G.722
or higher), Resolutions (HDMI/VGA), and Call Manager, etc.
2. Knowledge of Cloud Based Software VC solutions and integration with
Bridges/Routers.
3. Evaluate, test and deploy all video conferencing endpoints, Operations of
MCUs, assist in Configuration, Patch Management and deployment of
Audio/Video Systems and maintenance of it.
4. Knowledge of IP Network Devices and Switching Components, Internet
Leased Lines.
5. Preliminary Knowledge of Firewalls
6. PPT display for VC
7. File transfer during VC
8. Bandwidth Management for video traffic
9. Should have excellent troubleshooting skill on VCS Expressway, VCS
control, IP Gateway, ISDN Gateway, IPv6 and IPv4
10. To create Video link and sending the same to all the users.
11. Organising and managing online VC meetings, Events, Inaugration Seminars
and workshops
12. Main activities of VC operation execution
13. VC Support to the remote end VC operation related requirements.
14. Day-to-day conducting and monitoring of multipoint VC sessions.
15. Other incidental duties wrt above as maybe assigned
Pay: ₹9,756.68 - ₹47,269.70 per month
