Position: IT Support Executive
Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Location: 3rd Floor, Blue Wave Building, Plot No: C22 & C23,
Off New Link Rd, Behind Kuber Chambers,
Veera Desai Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400053
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows; basic knowledge of Linux is an added advantage).
- Software installation & configuration (MS Office, browsers, tools)
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer, scanner, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
- Provide user support both onsite and remotely
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, router configuration)
- System performance monitoring & maintenance
- Antivirus install/update and security checks
- Manage and resolve support tickets through the ticketing system (if in use)
Required Skills:
- Basic hardware knowledge (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Windows OS
- Networking basics (IP address, LAN, WiFi)
- Strong problem-solving mind
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist and guide end users.
- Teamwork & patience
Qualification:
- BCA / BSc IT / Diploma in Hardware & Networking / Any Graduate
- Certifications (optional but helpful):
- CCNA (basic)
- CompTIA A+
- Hardware & Networking course
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
