Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the standard and recipe of the kitchen
- Manage Kitchen and supervise other staffs
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP/FSSAI) (International Standards)
- Control wastage and assist with stock and mise en place
- Always support the kitchen team during operational hours
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in 5 star properties will be an advantage.
- Diploma/certificate in culinary arts or hotel management preferred
- Knowledge of Continental and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
