Job Responsibilities (Sample Collection & Analysis)
- Assist while conducting scheduled biological sample collection at baseline, periodic intervals, and recovery phases as per study protocol.
- Record physiological parameters including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, bodyweight, and diet.
- Assist in metabolic assessments, including the Intravenous Glucose Tolerance Test (IVGTT) and insulin sensitivity tests.
- Perform glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR calculations; lipid profiles; lipoprotein analyses; adipocyte hormone, stress hormone, and inflammatory marker tests.
- Assist in tissue sample processing, including fixation, sectioning, and histological staining.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and biosafety guidelines.
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related discipline from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience:
- Hands-on experience in ELISA-based assays and knowledge of multiplex assays (e.g., Luminex) and biochemical assays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
