Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations while providing basic HR and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative tasks.
- Perform other front office and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
