- Coordinate with sales team & manage the marketing team work
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Track sales performance of team and prepare regular reports
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery, and inquiries
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
