- Guide students and parents in selecting the most suitable MBBS programs and medical universities abroad based on academic profile, budget, and career goals.
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions through phone calls, video consultations, seminars, and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide complete guidance on MBBS admissions in countries such as Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Egypt, Armenia, Philippines, and other approved destinations.
- Explain eligibility criteria, NEET requirements, FMGE/NExT regulations, university rankings, fee structures, hostel facilities, and career prospects.
- Assist students throughout the entire admission journey, including university applications, document preparation, offer letters, visa processing, travel arrangements, and pre-departure orientation.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful admissions through effective counselling, relationship management, and follow-up strategies.
- Stay updated on NMC guidelines, FMGE/NExT updates, admission policies, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and university partnerships.
- Maintain accurate student records, application status updates, and counselling notes in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports and achieve assigned admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, educational institutions, and referral partners.
- Train and mentor junior admission counsellors and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions team.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs, career guidance seminars, school presentations, webinars, and admission events.
- Coordinate with international university representatives and admission offices to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission cycle.
- Support marketing activities including lead generation campaigns, seminars, workshops, social media promotions, and admission drives.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in MBBS Abroad counselling, educational consulting, or international student recruitment is preferred.
