Receptionist – Divy Digital Hub
Job Summary:
Divy Digital Hub is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent support to visitors, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Respond to basic inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with different departments for meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office files and documents.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Punctual, well-presented, and professional attitude.
