CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (including 10% variable, paid quarterly)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader – Lead Generation to lead and drive an outbound sales team in the Ed-Tech domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling sales teams, achieving targets, coaching team members, and improving performance through data-driven insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive performance and maintain high team productivity levels.
- Build a positive and target-driven work environment.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales and lead generation strategies.
- Create action plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.
Performance Management
- Monitor team KPIs and sales performance metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.
Training & Development
- Onboard and train new sales representatives.
- Support and improve the performance of existing team members.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support sales initiatives.
- Manage escalated service-related issues and maintain client relationships.
Reporting & Auditing
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Conduct daily call audits for underperforming agents.
- Identify Areas of Improvement (AOI) and implement corrective action plans.
RequirementsExperience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Outbound Sales or Lead Generation.
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech lead generation/sales preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Skills Required
- Strong sales and team management experience.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Preferred
- Experience in Lead Generation within the Ed-Tech industry.

Pay: ₹30,797.62 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
