Hiring: Telecaller

Location: Raipur (Work from Office)
We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle customer queries, provide excellent support, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries via call and WhatsApp
- Guide customers in choosing the right products
- Follow up with leads and assist in conversions
- Maintain customer records and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Build long-term relationships with customers through timely communication
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Good at Excel
- Confident and customer-friendly personality
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM, or sales is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations professionally
