Job Description
• Manage and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operation of technology solutions • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency • Conduct regular system performance tests and tune systems for optimal performance • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on IT-related issues • Stay up-to-date with IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to the infrastructure.
