Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Develop and monitor employee performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage employee benefits administration.
- HR Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
