Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Child Development Platform (Online & Hybrid)
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Child Development Platform dedicated to supporting children with developmental, communication, behavioral, and learning challenges.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about pediatric communication development and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, family-centered environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments for children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work on speech delay, language development, articulation, social communication, AAC, feeding, and pragmatic skills
- Provide parent guidance and home-based carryover strategies
- Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, behavioral therapists, and special educators
- Maintain therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation
- Participate in online consultations, interdisciplinary discussions, and therapy planning
Preferred Qualifications
- BASLP / MASLP or equivalent qualification in Speech-Language Pathology
- RCI-registered candidates preferred.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, and early intervention is an added advantage
- Good communication and parent counseling skills
- Comfortable with online consultation and therapy models
- Passionate about working with children and families
