Remote Telesales Specialist
Role Overview
Responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective Indian clients, supporting accountregistration, and converting leads into active players.
Focus on customer engagement and achievingdeposit targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Working Hours:11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (India Time)One day off per week
Compensation:Base Salary: 25,000 INR/monthPerformance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities & Targets
Minimum 40 valid calls per day (≥1 minute per call)Achieve weekly and monthly deposit targets
Maintain consistent player conversion performanceTrial Period (15 Days)40 valid calls per dayTarget: 4 successful deposits
Full attendance required
Compensation subject to meeting targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year telesales experience
Fluent in Hindi and English
Own Windows PC and clear headset
Quiet working environment
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
