Job Summary
A Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work at the site
- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and instructions from engineers
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the project manager/engineer
- Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on-site
- Handle site documentation (attendance, material usage, daily reports)
- Coordinate material delivery and usage at site
- Solve minor technical or labor-related issues on-site
- Ensure project deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or ITI
- 2–3+ years of experience in construction/site work
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution

Work Environment
- Outdoor construction site
- May require long hours and field supervision
- Travel between project sites may be needed
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read drawings and measurements
- Communication and reporting skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer/reporting skills (optional but useful)
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
