Job Title: Senior Service Engineer
Location: Secunderabad
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings and technical diagrams
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant field service experience
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment including:
- Air Compressors
- Dryers
- Vacuum Pumps
- Marking Machines
- Execute and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Visit client sites as per service plan and reporting manager instructions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-commissioning and service activities.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and client feedback records.
- Provide technical support during client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Support and guide junior service engineers when required.
- Gather market feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities.

- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Internet usage)

Other Requirements
- Must own 2/4 wheeler with valid driving license
- Willing to travel for field service work
- Team-oriented and proactive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
