We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to lead the quality integrity of our enterprise systems. In this role, your primary mission is to ensure that system configurations and enhancements are defect-free and functionally sound. You will be the final gatekeeper for system quality, responsible for rigorous testing, validation, and the meticulous documentation that supports a stable production environment.
Key Responsibilities
QA/QC Strategy & Framework: Develop, implement, and manage a robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework for our PMIS and ERP environments. Define the "Definition of Done" for all functional system changes.
Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test suites, including manual functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. You will proactively identify edge cases where system logic might fail.
e-Builder & SAP Validation: Perform deep-dive QC audits on e-Builder configurations and SAP/Ariba data flows to ensure all workflows and procurement modules operate according to business rules.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, and track system bugs. You will work closely with developers to perform root-cause analysis on functional failures and verify fixes through rigorous re-testing.
UAT Orchestration: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing clear validation criteria and guiding business users through the testing process to ensure the final product is fit for purpose.
Functional Documentation for Quality: Author high-quality functional requirement documents (FRDs) and traceability matrices to ensure that every system feature is backed by a verified test case and an approved requirement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a heavy focus on QA/QC methodologies within a Business Systems Analyst framework.
Testing Expertise:
Proven track record in creating detailed test scripts and managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Experience with automated testing tools or bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira, ADO) is highly preferred.
System Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with e-Builder (testing workflows, forms, or data integrity).
Preferred Tools: Functional understanding of SAP and SAP Ariba procurement/finance modules.
Documentation Skills:
Domain Context: Strong understanding of the functional logic behind Project Controls, payment applications, and procurement workflows.
