Rain & Rainbow is a growing ethnic wear brand focused on delivering premium fashion experiences across marketplaces and D2C channels. We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of online sales growth, profitability, inventory planning, and marketplace performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth & P&L
- Own business performance across Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other marketplaces.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and category growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze product-wise profitability and improve margins.
Catalog & Listing Management
- Ensure accurate product listings and category mapping.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
- Improve conversion rates through content optimization.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Optimize CPC, ROAS, TACOS, and advertising efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword and category analysis.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Forecast inventory using sales trends and seasonality.
- Prevent stock-outs and reduce dead inventory.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain performance dashboards.
- Track sell-through, inventory health, returns, profitability, and campaign performance.
- Present actionable insights to management.
Returns & Customer Experience
- Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–4 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Experience managing Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, or Nykaa.
- Strong understanding of marketplace P&L and category management.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Dashboards, Power Query preferred).
- Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and performance metrics.
- Fashion, Apparel, Textile, or Lifestyle industry experience preferred.
Preferred Background
We highly value candidates who understand both the product and the business. Experience in apparel, textile, merchandising, garment manufacturing, sourcing, or category management will be considered a strong advantage.
