We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliance, along with strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process – sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and retention initiatives.
Oversee performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll data.
Generate and analyse HR reports for management review.
Conduct and coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and labour laws.( this is mandatory to apply)
Manage ESI & PF portal operations independently.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Education: MBA in HR or equivalent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
