About the Role
Nexgen Trading Academy is looking for a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecalling & Back Office Executive to be the first point of contact for students and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, communicate effectively with prospective and existing students, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of daily academy operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk
- Welcome and assist walk-in students, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure a professional front office environment.
- Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
Telecalling & Student Support
- Contact prospective students to explain courses, demo sessions, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, social media, websites, and events.
- Send reminders for demo classes, workshops, webinars, and fee due dates.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until admission.
Back Office & Administration
- Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and daily activity records.
- Assist with fee collection records, receipts, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding class schedules and student communication.
- Manage attendance records and maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the academy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
