- Prepared quotations and pricing for IT products, servers, and AMC.
- Coordinated with vendors to verify costs, negotiate prices, and provide best offers.
- Handled order follow-ups, delivery issues, and warranty replacements.
- Prepared quotations and pricing for IT hardware products, servers, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Efficiently responding and handling any online or telephone queries in a professional manner.
- Co-ordinating for post service activities like delivery confirmation, engineer planning, installation scheduling, Complaint calls, Replacements or any other service call.
- Day to day reporting to service head for all cases.
- Liasoning between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, customer service, or marketing.
- AMC, Quotation, RMA, Engineer Allocation, SLA.
