Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Rs 5000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in hiring, candidate management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
