Neopot is a fast-growing D2C cookware brand selling premium cast iron, pure iron, and triply stainless steel cookware across our website (neopot.in), Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Telecaller to handle customer calls. This is a no-target, no-pressure role — your job is to communicate with customers, not chase sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, feedback, and follow-ups Answer inbound customer queries about products, orders, and delivery status Coordinate with the operations team for order and dispatch updates Maintain call records and update customer details in Excel/CRM Share product information and guide customers politely
Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream) Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email) Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience
