Roles & Responsibilities of Duty Officer
supervise and direct the activities of staff to make sure that customers have a pleasant experience through prompt and polite service.
Make sure that all staff members comply with safe food handling procedures
Formulate work schedules on a weekly or monthly basis and outline each staff member’s work duties.
Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/ goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same
Check for staff grooming/ discipline.
Ensures that displays are up-dated at all times,
To handle guest complaints and redress guest grievances
Ensure his responsibility areas are well equipped, operational and his team is provided with adequate tools. This includes:
- Cinema is clean
- All POS/ Equipments are active
- Conducting pre-opening Audi check
Responsible for improvement of Cinema Operations process
Brief his/her team member about the new releases / new marketing initiative & monitor its effectiveness
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
Ensure that Audis are opened in time and GRAs ( Guest Relation Associates) is available at the Exit to thank the patrons
100% assistance to the GRAs.
Responsible for maintain proper FIFO with special care to perishable product
Maintains Displays, Danglers & all visuals at candy
Responsible for customer query handling/situation handling
Train the staff for up selling, suggestive selling and in auditorium selling
Responsible for Training and Grooming of GRAs as per SOP.
Control on pilferage in allocated area during the shift
Bills to be generated against every purchase and no cash variance (at concessions)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
