We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade ERP applications built with Laravel while collaborating closely with our Flutter mobile development team.
Our products primarily focus on ERP solutions covering Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, HRMS, Workflow Automation, and Reporting. We are looking for someone who understands business processes as well as software architecture and can build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP web applications using Laravel.
- Design scalable backend architecture and develop secure RESTful APIs for Flutter mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain modules including:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Inventory Management
- Sales & Purchase
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- HRMS
- Workflow Management
- Reports & Dashboards
- Design and optimize MySQL database structures.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, SMS, Email, and cloud services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Flutter developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Follow coding standards, documentation, and best development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Experience in developing ERP, Accounting, Finance, Inventory, or Business Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Bootstrap
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- AJAX
- Strong experience with MySQL database design and optimization.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture and software design principles.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, caching, queues, and web security.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Flutter mobile applications and API integration.
- Knowledge of ERP business workflows and accounting processes.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with Redis, Queue Jobs, and WebSockets.
- Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing and code quality tools.
- Knowledge of Linux server administration is an added advantage.
