Job Summary
ApniBus is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard bus operators, travel agents, and ticket booking partners onto the ApniBus platform. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, installing ticket machines, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring active usage by customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential bus operators.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Demonstrate ApniBus Ticket Machine and Business Application.
- Install ticket machines and provide basic training.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the support team.
- Maintain daily visit reports in the CRM/App.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure timely collection of payments wherever applicable.
- Conduct follow-up visits to improve customer engagement and machine usage.
Eligibility
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, FinTech, Telecom, SaaS, or Travel Industry.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic smartphone and Android app knowledge.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Preferred).
- Android smartphone.
- Comfortable working in field sales.

Working Days
