Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, generating sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/order management understanding.
- Graduation preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
