About the Job / Description
Infra Elevators Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee lift installation activities across project sites in Calicut and Kannur. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in elevator installation, site supervision, manpower coordination, and safety compliance.
The selected candidate will supervise installation teams, coordinate with contractors and clients, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of installations as per company standards and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising elevator installation activities at project sites
- Coordinating technicians and subcontractors
- Reviewing technical drawings and installation plans
- Conducting site inspections and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Preparing installation progress reports and project documentation
- Monitoring manpower productivity and material availability
- Training junior installation staff
Qualifications
- SSLC / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator installation supervision
- Strong knowledge of lift systems and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively between project sites
