Role : Desktop Support Engineer L2
Experience : 2 + Year
Location : Thane , Bangalore, Gurgaon
Budget : 20K Inhand / 25K CTC
Rotational Shift and 6 Days Working
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop support for end-user computing devices including Desktops, Laptops, iPads, Tablets, and peripherals.
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of end-user equipment.
- Handle OS installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows 7 / 8 / 10 as per organizational standards.
- Deploy operating systems and images using SCCM, Ghost, and other deployment tools; perform desktop rollouts and replacements including data transfer and user setup.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard Microsoft desktop applications, including MS Office, messaging clients, and other COE-approved software.
- Perform antivirus installation, updates, and troubleshooting using provided enterprise tools.
- Provide email client troubleshooting, mailbox housekeeping, and end-user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues remotely and on-site using approved support tools.
- Install and configure drivers and peripherals such as printers, scanners, modems, and other standard devices.
- Provide printer and scanner support, including part-level replacement where applicable.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities as per service requests.
- Provide L1/L2 support for tablets and mobile devices (iPads, phones, etc.) including basic configuration, connectivity, and troubleshooting as per operating environment guidelines.
- Ensure accurate ticket updates, documentation, and timely closure in the ticketing tool.
- Deliver excellent customer handling, maintaining professional behavior and communication at all times.
- Adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and enterprise tools
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, imaging tools, and data migration
- Good understanding of end-user computing environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site support tasks effectively
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
