Responsibilities -
Manage end-to-end Month-End Closing activities.
Lead, mentor and manage a team of RTR resources.
Oversee and review critical RTR activities including:-
Fixed Assets accounting
Journal Entries
Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Cash clearing via FEBAN (SAP)
preparer–reviewer controls.
management reports.
preparer–reviewer controls.
Skills & Experience -
10 – 12 years of experience in Record to Report, with prior exposure as a Team Lead managing complex closes.
Managing month end closing activities - end to end.
Handling a team of minimum 10 resources.
Knowledge of Fixed Assets, Journals, Intercompany reconciliation, Balance reconciliation, Cash clearing via FEBAN (SAP)
Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP and/or Oracle.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting and management.
Management reportings.
Knowledge of advance Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements (automation, standardization) to increase efficiency.
Review balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset registers, and intercompany settlements.
Ensure adherence to SOX controls, company policies, and statutory regulations.
