- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, label, and stage frozen food cases or pallets based on customer pick lists or RF scanner directives. [1, 2, 3]
- Cold-Chain Maintenance: Minimize the time frozen goods spend in ambient temperatures to prevent thawing and spoilage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor product rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out), report inventory discrepancies, and track damaged or expired goods. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment safely—such as stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or motorized pallet jacks—in slippery, freezing environments.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packaging for tears, ice build-up, or compromised seals before dispatch
