Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Sales Manager for our solar manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, handling customer accounts, increasing online business growth, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online sales through platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, IndiaMART, and other online marketplaces.
- Handle online customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Upload and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor online orders, dispatch coordination, and customer queries.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Online Sales and E-commerce Management.
- Good knowledge of handling Flipkart, Amazon, IndiaMART, and similar platforms.
- Understanding of online order processing and customer handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotion is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple online accounts efficiently.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in online sales/e-commerce management preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
