Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our Pan India sales employees from the office. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, daily follow-ups, target achievement, reporting, and supporting sales activities across different locations. Occasional travel for Pan India meetings and client meetings may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Pan India sales team from the office.
- Guide and motivate sales employees to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and monitor individual team performance.
- Track leads, customer follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and guidance.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and requirements.
- Ensure timely CRM and sales data updates.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and sales.
- Participate in Pan India meetings and client meetings whenever required.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and proper communication within the sales team.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader.
- MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage employees across different locations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong reporting and performance-monitoring skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for Pan India meetings.
