We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Counsellor with a strong sales orientation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the various educational programs and institutions we represent, ultimately facilitating their enrollment. This role requires a blend of empathetic counseling, persuasive communication, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to prospective students and parents regarding educational programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and career prospects.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group presentations, and workshops to effectively communicate the value proposition of various educational offerings.
- Actively follow up on leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, events, referrals) to convert them into successful enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Assist students with the entire application process, including documentation, essay writing, and interview preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in educational policies and program offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to meticulously track student interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
- Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate leads and promote our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
