Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage all warehouse and inventory operations within our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the inward and outward movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
1. Maintain accurate, real-time records of raw materials, food additives, and packaging supplies in the company’s ERP/SAP system.
2. Implement and strictly enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) protocols.
3. Conduct regular physical stock counts, perform reconciliations with system entries, and report any discrepancies immediately.
4. To take care of raw material unloading.
5. Issue raw materials and packaging to the production floor based on approved material requisitions.
6. Ensure the store layout and operations fully comply with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
7. Maintaining cleanliness and 5s practices in the stores
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
