We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, billing, email correspondence, office administration, and day-to-day operational coordination. The role requires someone who is proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing.
- Maintain records and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle official email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare employee salary sheets and maintain attendance records.
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records.
- Coordinate with management and provide administrative support.
- Perform other accounts and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of MS Word and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of billing, payroll preparation, and office documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
