Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, employee records management, statutory compliance, and HR documentation. The role requires good command over MS Excel and MS Office for maintaining HR data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Maintaining attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
- Handling salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Coordination for salary disbursement and payroll reports.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Handling PF, ESIC, PT, and other labour law compliances.
- Preparation and submission of statutory returns.
- Maintaining employee compliance records.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handling joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
- Preparation of appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain HR MIS and employee database in MS Excel.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and manpower.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
5. Recruitment & Coordination
- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential HR data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
