a. Acquire and onboard clients for employee health checkups, annual medicals, and wellness camps.
b. Signuphospitals,nursinghomes,clinics,andstandalonedoctorsfortestreferralsandimaging slots.
2. Channel& Territory Growth:
a. Exploreopportunitiestoopennewcollectionpoints/partnerlocationswithintheassigned territory continuously and report back to management with data.
b. Increaseadoptionofhomecollectionservices&boostreachofhomecollection
3. Doctor& Clinic Engagement:
a. Plandailycalling/visitroutes;presenttestmenus,newpanels,imagingcapabilities,and preventive packages.
b. Arrange CMEs/mini-meet sand product demos with key medicalspecialties.
4. KeyAccountManagement:
a. Generaterevenue,retention,upsell/cross-selltodoctor,hospital,andcorporateaccounts.
b. Resolveserviceissuesbycoordinatingwithoperations,logisticsandclinicallaboratory departments.
5. MarketIntelligence&BrandVisibility:
a. Track competitor prices, TATs, and promotions; recommend local campaigns, digital pushes, and signage.
b. Ensurecorrectbrandrepresentationatbranches/partnersacrossthenetwork.
6. Process,Compliance&Reporting:
a. MaintainaccurateCRMpipelines,visitnotes,andforecast.
b. AdheretoethicalmarketingnormsandMedivisionSOPs;submitMIS(daily/weekly/monthly).
