About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with strong expertise in industrial architecture and large-scale projects.
Location: Ganeshkhind, Pune
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
Industry: Industrial Architecture
Salary: As per market standards
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Interview: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Design industrial layouts and facilities with focus on workflow efficiency, safety and compliance.
- Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD / Revit.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and imaging.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP and Civil teams for integrated project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, fire safety norms and industrial standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress and resolve on-site challenges.
- Understand client operational requirements and spatial needs.
- Ensure cost-conscious design and effective project execution.
- Lead and coordinate team members throughout the project lifecycle.
